Scarlet in Pain
This bag has fringe on it, first time I ever put on in the bag but I had been thinking about this for a couple weeks now. How the process would go, what kind of skin to use. I used pig skin at the ned, soft and velvety and twirls in the wind more majestically than calf or other skins I use. The outer shell was a majestic creative puzzle to create. I started by pasting plaster paste over leather to create veins, paint over and gently cut the plaster to reveal the red veins underneath. It is an ode to my pain kink. The scars on the bag reminds me of imprints shibari leaves behind. This bag, so far, is my favorite. So I hope she will be your favorite too. 7” circle bag.
